SFP: SAFI Will Not Build For A Single Term (Doc ID 2943562.1)

Symptoms

SAFI will not build when a student has an Expected Grad Term of Fall 20xx.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Records and Enrollment ?> Career and Program Information > Student Program/Plan
2. Select a student
3. For this student > add Expected Grad Term of Fall 20xx.
