Symptoms
The problem is observed on or after PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 PUM 45.
While changing Bank/Payment option in the Receivable Definition get the following error.
Replication Steps:

1. Goto setup financials - business unit related - Receivables - Receivable Definition.
2. Goto Bank/Payment options tab, modify the payment interface option, and the error pops up.
