Intermittently users are not able to view attachments in PeopleSoft. The PeopleSoft FILETRANSFER log shows the following error.

Error:

550 Failed to change directory.

* Server denied you to change to the given directory

The FTP server was recycled and after the reboot, the intermittent issue occurred.
