Symptoms
When running nVision reports on the web, all are going to error with the below message:

In the Message log for the process, the message is "Process is initiated or processing and no longer running".

1. Log in to PIA
2. Navigate to Reporting Tools > PS/nVision > Define report request
3. Run a report
