E-KB: Kibana Time Picker Absolute Date Range Not Working When Viewing the Dashboard in PIA (Doc ID 2944426.1)

Symptoms

When a date range is chosen while saving the Kibana dashboard, the time filter is not applied to the dashboard that is imported to PeopleSoft. However, if a criteria is chosen like Last 1 Year or Last 2 Years, the dashboard is showing the filter and data as expected in the PIA as well.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open a dashboard in Kibana.
2. Provide a date range in the Kibana and save it the "Store time with dashboard" option.
3. Import the dashboard to PIA and display it as a tile to replicate the issue.
