ABMGT: Alignment and Other Display Issues When Using Manage Absences Page on Phone or Other Small Format Device

Symptoms
When using a small format device (iPhone, Android, tablet, etc) to request absence using the new Manage Absences page, users will experience field alignment issues or data missing altogether.
Steps to reproduce:
- Using a small format device, such as an iPhone, employee signs into PeopleSoft, Employee Self Service.
- Click Time tile.
- Click Manage Absences tile.
- Under Job Title, notice Request Absence (the landing page) and Manage Requests links.
- Under Request Absence, "Create a New Request" section, note the fields are out of alignment. (No user impact, but unappealing display)
- Click the Manage Requests link and review page.
- Click the Request Absence link to return to landing page and note all of the fields are missing from the Create a New Request section. (The page is entirely blank)
Employee must return back to the home page and restart the process to request an absence.
