Symptoms
When attempting to perform Elasticsearch ping test, the following error occurs.

Ping Test Result: Failure. Exception caught Integration Gateway - External System Contact Error (158,10721) (262,612)
STEPS
-----------------------
1. Navigate to PeopleTools -> Search Framework -> Administration -> Search Instance page.
2. Try to perform Ping Test to replicate the issue.
Changes
Renaming the default Local Gateway ID name from "LOCAL" to a different one.
