Symptoms
The Discussion Comments or Attachments on the Structure Request Detail - Request Assignment Page do not have option to be deleted.
Is this due to some missing configuration or there is no delete attachment functionality on Discussion Service Page?
Steps to replicate:
1. Click Financial Structure Request tile.
2. Either add a discussion or create a new one.
3. Add a Comment. No option to delete.
4. Add an Attachment. No option to delete.
