AP9.2: Review Suppliers Search Page Not Returning Results By TIN (Tax Identification Number)

Symptoms
When trying to use the page Review Suppliers Search page in order to search for a supplier using Tax Identification Number, there is no result showed, whereas when using supplier ID, there is no issue in obtaining a result.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Main Menu > Suppliers > Supplier Information > Add/Update > Review Suppliers
2. Select “Tax Identification Number”
3. Enter a known TIN for a Supplier > No results
4. In addition, if I search for the Supplier by another field that DOES return results, the TIN field is not included in any row for any of the results.
