Benefits Plan Comparison on Employee Self Service Does Not Refresh the Page After Using the Benefit Plan Drag and Drop Feature

Symptoms
When using the Benefits Plan Comparison on employee self service, only 1 out of 3 plans is showing for selection and the page does not refresh after drag and drop feature is used.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Navigate to Employee Self Service > Open Enrollment.
- Select the Benefits Enrollment step, and select a Benefit Plan.
- In the plan details page, select multiple plans to compare under the Enroll in Your Plan section and click the Compare button, to open the Benefits Plan Comparison page.
- Drag and drop a benefit plan from column 3 to column 2 and again from column 2 to column 1.
The page display does not refresh as expected.
