E-FLUID: No Navbar Breadcrumbs in PT 8.60 (Doc ID 2945815.1)

Symptoms

On : 8.60 version, Fluid UI - There are no navbar breadcrumbs as expected after upgrade.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Upgrade to PT 8.60
2. Login and Navbar breadcrumbs are not present
