On Employee Self Service, Benefit Enrollment Tiles Are Displaying Incorrect Dependent Counts After Employees Make Elections and Add Dependents (Doc ID 2945824.1)

Symptoms

The benefit counts on the benefit enrollment tiles are incorrect in some scenarios. For example a newly hired employee who elected enrollments through the Onboarding feature. The employee enrolled 4 Dependents, yet the Medical and Dental Tiles display the count as 0 Dependents.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Log in as an employee with an onboarding event available. Employee > Self Service > OnBoarding tile.
  2. Navigate to the Benefit Enrollment step and see the Medical and Dental Tiles show 0 Dependents.
  3. Click on the Medical or Dental tile to see that there are 4 dependents enrolled.
