E-CLOUD: ADB Environment Fails To Upgrade Tools From PeopleTools 8.58 Below (Doc ID 2945849.1)

On : 15 version, Managing Environments

When trying to upgrade tools from PT 8.58 to 8.59 for an existing environment running on ADB-Shared database, it fails with error

ERROR

 NOTE: the windows box did has both db client 12c and 19c setup, but CM tell CA to use the 12c client, which is wrong, not certified with PT 8.59.
