HCM: Approvals Page Not Showing Correct "View By: From" (Doc ID 2946143.1)

Symptoms

When Users go to their Approvals Page (Fluid), and select "View By: From", the list appears incorrectly. 


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Log in as User with access to Approvals tile
2. click the Approvals tile
3. From the Pending Approvals page, select "View By: From" and the right panel is refreshed, notice list is displays Pending Approvals it appears by LASTUPDOPRID
