Benefits Administration Process Drops Dependents From Employee Enrollments When the Event is Finalized (Doc ID 2946186.1)

When Benefits Administration events were finalized, it was identified that for 3 employees, their associated dependents were dropped from the Health Benefits enrollments. 

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Employees made elections for Medical and associated dependents on Employee Self Service by selecting the Benefits Enrollment step of the Open Enrollment activity guide.
  2. The Schedule was then finalized and enrollments inserted into the Health Benefits table without the selected dependents.  Navigation: Benefits > Manage Automated Enrollment > Events > Run Automated Event Processing.
