Some Campus Solutions Accounting Lines Are Not Published to PeopleSoft Financials (Doc ID 2946928.1)

Accounting lines created by the Generate Cashiering Entries (SFDPTREC.SQR) exist on Campus Solutions but have not been published to PeopleSoft Financials. Conversely, accounting lines created by the Generate Accounting Entries process (SFPGLINT) have been published to PeopleSoft Financials.

A job is used to run the SFDPTREC.sqr process followed by the batch publish process (EOP_PUBLISHM).  The job is scheduled to run nightly during the week days.  The expectation is the accounting lines created by Generate Cashiering  Entries will be published to PeopleSoft Financials.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Navigate to Student Financials, GL Interface, Generate Cashiering Entries;
2. Select a run control;
3. Complete the run control;
4. Submit the custom job containing the SFDPTREC.SQR and EOP_PUBLISHM processes to the process scheduler.
