Symptoms

When trying to enter the MDS Subscription key on the MDS Subscription page, the Subscription Key Field and the Valid Subscription checkbox are missing:

Steps to replicate the issue:
1. Navigate to Set Up HCM -> Product Related -> Global Payroll & Absence Mgmt -> System Settings -> MDS Subscription
Observe: There is no active country in order to add the Subscription Key and to validate it.
