Financial Aid Term (FA Term) records may sometimes rebuild when not expected, and often the rebuilding of the records seems related to the FA_STATS_CALC_REQ field - usually on STDNT_CAR_TERM, but sometimes on STDNT_FA_TERM - being set to 'Y'.
