E-QRY: Query Excel Results Truncated When Excel Cell Size Limit Exceeded (Doc ID 2947285.1)

Symptoms

Some Query results are not fully downloading to excel when the cell exceeds the Excel field size limitation. When opening the Excel generated output it can be seen that the Excel file results stop at the field that exceeded the size limit even though the results should show more rows/results.
 

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Create a Query that selects a description field that contains data that exceeds the Excel field limitation
2. Execute the Query to Excel output
3. Observe Excel results stop at the empty field that exceeded the limitation and does not include further expected rows
