ELM 9.2: After Upload of AICC Content Structure Files, from Learning Component Page, Click Test Content link and Click Launch link, Receive an Error Message: Can't Connect (Doc ID 2947414.1)

Symptoms

After upload of AICC Content files, From Learning Component page, click Test Content link and click Launch link, content doesn't display and from browser Developer Tools displays an error message.




The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Log in as Administrator
2. Create a new class and setup Learning Component Page
    Navigate to Enterprise Learning > Catalog >Maintain Classes > {click} Learning Component tab
3. Add a Web-Based Learning Component and {click link} Edit and populate required fields.
4. Populate the Compliance field value AICC-HACP and populate the URL/File path with the correct link or
5. {click} Manage Content and Upload the AICC content structure files and click save.
6. {click} Test Content and notice new window opens blank and the AICC content is not displayed
