Benefits Enrollment Page Is Not Showing the Dependent Beneficiary Count of Existing Enrollments

Symptoms
When employee opens the Benefits Enrollment page, the count of dependents or beneficiaries on all Plan Types is 0.
1. Navigate to Employee Self Service home page > Benefit Details tile > Life Events tile, Benefits Enrollment step.
2. See that the counts of dependents or beneficiaries are 0 on all Plan Types.
