Symptoms
When using JAWS/NVDA tool, the tool reads Look up buttons as "Look up button" only instead of "Look up button manager".
Steps to replicate the issue:
1. Navigate to Talent Administrator > Enterprise Learning > Learner Tasks > Enroll a Learner
2. Search for Class
3. Click Enroll button
