Goal
Users have entered an incorrect value for their category(Funding) and sub-category(Appropriation) fields on the fund's distribution target lines. The users also distributed amounts for the lines with the incorrect Funding and Appropriation. Now the fields are grayed out and users cannot change it. Users want to update these incorrect values to correct values by running SQLs.
Question 1: Is there another way to change this thru the application?
Question 2: What are the chances for errors in regard to processing by changing these values?
Navigation: Project Costing > Funds Distribution > Funds Distribution
