ECM: NACHA Bank Account Number Encryption Process Security Questions (Doc ID 2948286.1)

Goal

The following questions are asked by the customers' security team:

Q1: PeopleTools > Security > Encryption > Define Encryption Profiles > Define Encryption Profiles FSCM_ACCT_NUM_ENCRYPT and FSCM_ACCT_NUM_DECRYPT, select or enter BANK_ACCOUNT_NUMBER, and Save for parameter name SYMMETRICKEY. Are values needed for parameter names IV and SYMMETRICKEY, or just SYMMETRICKEY?

Q2: Is there a process to decrypt data that was encrypted by app engine FSCM_CRYPTAE?

Q3: What if we need to change the 64hex algorithm keyset value after go-live due to security concerns?
