Symptoms

When attempting to invoke the FM Need Analysis Calculator on-line, by clicking the 'Calc EFC' button on the Correct 2023-2024 ISIR records, the following error occurs:

The error occurs in every instance, and the process does not work in any instances.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Navigate to  Financial Aid > Federal Application Data > Correct 2023-2024 ISIR records.
  2. Choose any record from the search.
  3. Click "Calc EFC" and observe the error message. 



Changes

The issue is seen after applying the fixes associated with the 2023-2024 AID YEAR UPDATES FOR ISIR, delivered originally in Patch 33234548 and then in the CS 9.2 PUM Image starting with Image 27.
