Symptoms

When attempting to enroll in, drop, or swap classes in FLUID Self Service, the following error occurs during the activity guide sequence:

The error above shows when attempting to swap classes. If enrolling or dropping, the message would indicate 'SR_ENRL_FL' or 'SR_DROP_FL' respectively.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Sign in to the Student Homepage.
  2. Click the Manage Classes tile.
  3. In the left navigation, choose one of the options for Class Search and Enroll, Drop Classes, or Swap Classes.
  4. Proceed with the activity guide sequence and note the occurrence of the error on the final step or somewhere within the sequence.
