Symptoms

When attempting to create the webserver domain, the following error is shown on the screen:

ERROR

"Invocation of this Java Application has caused an Invocation Target Exception. This application will now exit. (LAX)"

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open a Command Prompt as Administrator.
2. Navigate to PS_HOME/setup/PsMpPIAInstall directory.
3. Execute setup.bat command to replicate the issue.

Changes

Moving the existing PeopleSoft setup to a different server.
