Removing a Specific Fix From a Target Environment After Applying a Change Package (Doc ID 2948731.1)

Goal

A change package has been created from a PUM image using the All Updates Not Applied option in Update Manager.   The change package has been applied to a target environment.  After applying the change package, it was determined the fix delivered for one or more bugs should not be included.  Is it possible to remove the objects delivered in the fixes not needed from the target environment?
