Job Posting Results In Candidate Gateway Inconsistent Between External and Internal Pages (Doc ID 2948794.1)

Symptoms

Candidate Gateway is giving inconsistent search results for job postings that are posted to both internal and external sites. When searching externally, keywords from the job posting description can be searched on. When searching internally, the same keywords return no results. 

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to external Careers site, and search for keyword only seen in the job posting's description

2. The results will return as expected.

3. Go to the internal Careers page at Self Service > Recruiting > Careers

4. Search for the same keyword. The job will not return in the results.
