Symptoms
The tracking data comments field is very small in Personnel Actions USF tile and does not show the full content of the comments. The user has to open up each one, then if the user closes out and comes back in the user has to open them again.
Steps to reproduce the issue:

1. Workforce Administrator Tile> Personnel Actions USF tile
2. Choose any employee & any PAR for employee > Click tracking Data hyperlink
