Symptoms
With HCM integrated with ELM, when the Administrator updates a Job in HCM, WORKFORCE_SYNC message in ELM, received an error message.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Pre-requisites:
Ensure service operation WORKFORCE_SYNC configured in HCM environment integrated to ELM environment.
Then,
1. Log in as an Administrator in HCM
2. Update Job Data for an Employee, which triggers the WORKFORCE_SYNC message to ELM
3. In ELM, from Service Operation Asynchronous Monitor, the WORKFORCE_SYNC message in Error Status.
