Symptoms

Navigate to: Menu > PeopleTools > Integration Broker > Service Operations Monitor > Domain Status.

Observe that the "Purge Domain Status", "Update" buttons and selecting the "Domains Status" become unavailable (grayed out) in the Domain Status page.

Changes

This change is observed after enabling Failover functionality.
