Getting Blank Page When Pressing on the Preview Approvals From Fluid Requisition Page While There is no Approval Required (Doc ID 2948954.1)

Symptoms


Getting blank page when pressing on the Preview approvals from Fluid requisition page while there is no approval required, however if there is approval required for the requisition page will display correctly. Fluid view approvals should show "No Approvals Required" instead of a blank page.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Navigate to Home Page > eProcurement Tile > Create Requisition tile and create a new requisition.
  2. Save the requisition and make sure that the requisition doesn't require approval.
  3. Press on Preview approvals link.
  4. Notice that a blank page will appear.
