ELM 9.2: BUS_UNIT_GL_SYNC message is in Error Status with the message "No Transformation found in the transformation schema for 0000, message BUS_UNIT_GL_SYNC (18137,202)"

Symptoms
When a new business unit is created in FSCM, the message is sent successfully from the FSCM side but in ELM, it is getting the following error:
Steps to replicate the issue:
1. PeopleTools > Integration Broker > Integration Set Up > Service Operations.
2. Activate the BUS_UNIT_GL_SYNC service operation in both FSCM and ELM.
3. Create a new business unit in FSCM.
Set Up Financials/Supply Chain > Business Unit Related > Receivables > Receivables Definitions
4. The message is sent successfully from the FSCM side but in ELM, it is getting the above error.
In ELM, go to PeopleTools > Integration Broker > Service Operations Monitor > Monitor Asynchronous services see the message for BUS_UNIT_GL_SYNc is in error.
