Academic Standing Pages Are Getting Updated Unexpectedly (Doc ID 2949433.1)

Symptoms

A student's Academic Standing is updated even though the Academic Standing Update process has not been run. The only end of term processing was the Grade Posting process.

It is expected the Grade Posting process will not update the Academic Standing

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Navigate to Records and Enrollment > Student Term Information > Term History - Academic Standing
  2. View Academic Standing, was updated without running the SRPCEASD cobol process
