When running an nVision report in DEV environment the following error occurs.  The report runs to Success in the UAT and Production environments.

Excel interface exception [E:\pt85529b-retail\peopletools\src\psnxl\gridapp.cpp:2173] The file format and extension of 'test.xnv' don't match. The file could be corrupted or unsafe. Unless you trust its source, don't open it. Do you want to open it anyway?' Error for 'Microsoft Excel: '. (28,160)


STEPS
-----------------------

1. Log in to PIA
2. Navigate to Reporting Tools > PS/nVision > Define Report Request
3. Run an nVision report
