Symptoms

AM_AMAEDIST failed with unique constraint error when doing an inter-unit asset transfer using "Transfer Book" from business unit having one book to business unit having two books.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a new Asset Management Business Unit TST01 with a single book (SetUp Financials / Supply Chain - Business Unit Related - Asset Management - Asset Management Definition)
2. Create an asset for TST01 (Asset Management - Asset Transactions - Owned Assets - Basic Add)
3. Calculate depreciation (Asset Management - Depreciation - Processing - Calculate Depreciation)
4. Create accounting entries (Asset Management - Accounting Entries - Create Accounting Entries)
5. Search for the Asset (Asset Management - Search for the Asset). Transfer the asset from TST01 to US001 (the 2-book BU)
6. Calculate depreciation (Asset Management - Depreciation - Processing - Calculate Depreciation)
4. Run AM_AMAEDIST to create accounting entries (Asset Management - Accounting Entries - Create Accounting Entries)
