Symptoms

Copy Budget Definition in Commitment Control results to error. 
In Image 46, KK_CF_VALUE record is replaced with KK_CF_VAL_WRK in BUDGET_COPY component but KK_CF_VALUE is still referred in below People Code.
Issue occurs when copying Budget Definition with Control Chartfield populated.

Steps to replicate:

1.  Check Budget Definition with Control Chartfield populated (i.e. Ledger Group = CC_COMBO)
     (Commitment Control > Define Control Budgets > Budget Definitions)
2.  Go to Copy Budget Definition page and open an existing Budget Definition (i.e Ledger Group = CC_COMBO).  
     Populate details for the new Budget Definition and its name.  Click Copy.
     (Commitment Control > Define Control Budgets > Copy Budget Definitions)
3.  Click Ok.
