Error when attempting to schedule a composite query after upgrade to PeopleTools 8.60.

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Reporting Tools > Composite Query > Schedule Composite Query
2. Select any Composite Query
3. Click "Run"
4. Observe error
