Symptoms

When performing any PeopleSoft Maintenance Activities using Change Assistant for Target MSSQL Database, the step "Creating Tables" fails and the following is showed in job.log:

Replication Steps:
1. Use Change Assistant to perform any Maintenance Activity (such as PT Patch, Upgrade or PUM Updates) on MSSQL Database.
2. Step "Creating Tables" in Change Assistant fails with the above error.
