Goal
Why is the Bank Statement description not shown on the Enter Bank Statement page even when the statement code is setup on the Bank Statement Code page?
1. Open Bank Statement Codes page and ensure that bank code has been setup with description on the Balance Codes and Transaction Codes tab.
Banking > Administer Bank Statements > Bank Statement Codes
2. Open "Enter Bank Statement" page and open any statement, that has bank codes setup above, to see description is blank.
