E-AWE/MCF: EOAWEMC Process Fails With 'GetStringPtr() JSON' Error When Reading MS Outlook Item Email Attachments (Doc ID 2950261.1)

Symptoms

The site had recently switched to using OAuth2 with Microsoft (MS) Azure for Email Collaboration Workflow Approvals. The EOAWEMC process fails with the error when reading Outlook Item as an attachment. But for other attachment types, like .doc, .pdf, .xls, it's working fine. It also works when email does not contain any attachment.

Sample Replication

1. Submit any workflow transaction for approval e.g. Voucher Approval, Requisition, Expense Report, etc.
2. Approver receives the email notification request for approval and attaches an Outlook email thread or email conversation, which is treated by MS Outlook as an Outlook Item, as opposed to an ordinary email attachment, and sends it.
3. Email Repository inbox receives the Approval Response email with the Outlook Item.
4. Run the EOAWEMC process.
5. EOAWEMC process fails with the said error above.
