Symptoms

When attempting to add a new value on Global Notes Table, the following error occurs.

Entering parameters on the initial search page works without the error. The issue occurs only when clicking the 'add' button initially and any subsequent steps taken to attempt to add a new record.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Navigate to Curriculum Management > Schedule of Classes > Global Notes Table
2. Click Add a New Value and note error.
3. Click through the error, continue the attempt at data entry and note the error continues to occur. Ultimately, the final click of the 'Add' to create the entry does not work.

Changes

The issue occurs after upgrading to PeopleTools 8.60.
