E-ES: PS_AP_VCHR_CQT Table Is Locked By PSRTISRV Service (Doc ID 2950382.1)

Symptoms

PS_AP_VCHR_CQT table is locked by PSRTISRV services which cause the nightly incremental ES index build to fail. After a manual shutdown and restart on PSRTISRV, the lock on this table is released.

After this, they are able to rerun the nightly incremental ES index build to success for EP_AP_VCHR index. 

Real Time index enabled on PSUNX only (in this case, nightly Elastic Search index incremental build is scheduled for multiple search definitions which all run in an sequential sequence)
