ABMGT: Why Do Certain Absence Accumulator Balances Persist/Display for Employees No Longer in Absence Management System?

Information in this document applies to any platform.
Users are reporting that unexpected accumulator balances are displaying in Calendar/Calendar Group Results and/or Leave Balance details, when:
- Employees are no longer in an Absence System or have been transferred to an Eligibility Group which does not include the Absence related to these accumulators.
- The accumulators are related to defunct/inactivated absences.
For Calendar/Calendar Group view, the navigation is: Main Menu>Global Payroll and Absence Management>Absence and Payroll Processing>Review Absence/Payroll Info>Calendar Results or Calendar Group results. Access the Accumulators tab and view these results.
For Employee or Manager Self Service, the users sign in and access the Time Tile and the Absence Balances Tile. For Classic users, see the Employee Leave Balance section on the Employee's home page. Here, the managers and employees can see these balances themselves.
