Requester ID Field Not Open for Update After Copying an Existing Requisition in Fluid eProcurement Requisition (Doc ID 2950739.1)

Goal

Why is the Requester ID field not open for update after copying an existing requisition using Fluid eProcurement?

Steps:

1.Employee Self Service > eProcurement > My Requisitions. Select an existing requisition and select Copy in the Action column.

2.On Create Requisition page, see that Requester ID is populated from the copied from requisition, and cannot be changed.
