Symptoms
After upgrading to PT 8.60.04, started getting below message when clicking the back button or the home button to exit the page after submitting a GSS transaction.
Steps to reproduce the issue:

1. Manager Self Service > My Team > Request Reporting Change (or any Guided Self Service transaction) > Submit the transaction
2. Click back button on the top left corner or home button, get a message
