EPY: Payroll Parallel Testing in Test Environment is Not Matching Production Paycheck Taxes (Doc ID 2951214.1)

Symptoms

Payroll parallel testing issue with the FWT "Federal Withholding Tax" and LWT "Local Withholding Tax" is not matching to production.

Processing test payroll on the same pay period for several employees is not matching tax calculation for FWT and LWT in production.



The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:

  1. Create paysheets in test - Payroll for North America>Payroll Processing USA>Create and Load Paysheets>Create Paysheets
  2. Run payroll calculation - Payroll for North America>Payroll Processing USA>Produce Payroll>Calculate Payroll
  3. Compare the same pay period and compare it to Production
