After applying PUM 28, opening the application package HRTMPL.TBH.hrTbhValidateName.OnExecute PeopleCode in Application Designer, a message occurs.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

Using application designer on an environment where PUM 28 has been applied, open object = Application Package, Application Package HRTMPL, Class hrTbhValidateName;
The error occurs
