Symptoms

PUM deployment on PeopleTools 8.60.xx fails during App Home deployment

Error as seen in the Command window :

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Download PUM DPKs that are on PeopleTools 8.60.xx.
2. Initiate the PUM deployment.
3. Deployment fails with the error as mentioned above.
